World Cup Schedule Released
Much like the FIFA World Cup, the 32 nations competing in the small-sided Socca World Cup have been drawn into 8 separate groups. The US is in Group E and will go head to head with England, Kazakhstan, and Slovakia.
The winner and runner up of each group will advance to the round of 16 (knockout stage) to be held on Friday, September 28th. The winner of Group E will compete against the runner up of Group F (1:00AM PST) and the runner up of Group E will compete against the winner of Group F (3:00AM PST). Group F consists of Brazil, Bulgaria, Egypt, and Latvia.
Quarter finals will be held later in the morning of the 28th starting at 11:00AM PST. Semifinals will be held on the 29th starting at 6:00AM PST and the World Cup final will take place that afternoon at 1:00PM PST.
