Player Announcement - Jon Guse

Defender Jon Guse is the latest addition to the Team USA squad heading to Lisbon, Portugal to compete in the inaugural small-sided World Cup this September.

Jon was born and raised in the metro Phoenix area and spent last season helping NPSL side FC Arizona on their 1st place finish in the southwest conference.

Jon currently plays for Sporting AZ FC who have recently finished first in the UPSL southwest conference and are heading into the playoffs this coming weekend.

Jon is confident for the World Cup. "I want to show the world that the US is strong in soccer - especially 6v6!"
